Orders and product information

Product availability, descriptions, size, colors, and prices may change. Colors can appear differently on screens. If we cannot fulfill an order, we will contact you and arrange an appropriate refund when payment has been collected.

Pricing and payment

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise noted. Applicable shipping and tax charges appear at checkout. Payment methods are those offered at checkout.

Shipping and fulfillment

We currently accept orders for delivery within the United States. Standard shipping is $4.99, and free U.S. shipping is offered for qualifying orders of $50 or more. Estimated delivery includes production and shipping. Some eligible expedited items may arrive within 3–5 business days of ordering; standard made-to-order and specialty merchandise may take longer. Delivery timelines vary by product, fulfillment provider, destination, and shipping method, and are estimates rather than guarantees. Shipping methods and charges displayed at checkout govern a particular order.

Returns and refunds

Some merchandise is made to order. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and relevant details or photos. Returns or exchanges for incorrect size selections, color preferences, or changes of mind are generally not accepted on made-to-order merchandise. Do not return items without authorization. Brand and content

My Portuguese Culture branding and original designs and media may not be used commercially without permission. Third-party intellectual property remains with its respective owners.
