14-Day Return Policy

At My Portuguese Culture, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs when applicable.

Because some of our merchandise is made to order, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selections, color preferences, or changes of mind.

If your order qualifies for a refund or replacement, we will provide instructions. Please do not ship merchandise back without prior authorization.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.

For qualifying damaged, defective, or incorrect orders, My Portuguese Culture will cover reasonable return shipping costs when a return is necessary.

These terms do not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
